Tommy, I have seen you going from extremely negative on TECO (remember all of your posts on FB a long time back), to somewhat positive (I think you bought a bunch of shares) and now going back to negative again. 

This is what TECO has done for all longs.  They threw a tiny bone to get us all excited, along the way dumping ~600M shares (from the update at 1.25B a while back).  And with all that money, they still don't have the Kuba. financed.  
 
All the talks about how successful the previsous "new" strategy on Michell, ... and then all of the sudden, they came up  with another "new" strategy of along with logo "oil production is NOT important" for 6-month (already more than 3 months into this strategy).  When 6-month period is done, will there be anther "new" strategy?

This coming June, I will join DTL on his "pet" project to get to the bottom of this.
