l completely agree LT! Speaking only for myself, I can say I've raised my expectations of BLTA lately.
I guess I was expecting the Whale that provided funding through certification would really hold Igor to the fire on many fronts (timely filing a 10-K being one of them).
I expected being so close to the Perfect Storm (which I agree with LT is a high probability it will happen) that BLTA would kick-off the momentum with a timely report. Why not?
It's like growing up from a child to an adolescent. Things you could get away with 5 years ago are no longer acceptable today. As BLTA nears the end of certification, they must step up to responsibilities. And to be clear here, I'm speaking strictly about SEC filings they must report (I'm deliberately avoiding discussion of FAA gag order topics - that's a whole other rabbit hole).

I'll go back to quietly acquiring cheap shares with a grin on my face. I'm really excited about BLTA in 2014.
