(AEGY) John F. Burke seems to be the man behind the curtain at AEGY. He signs AEGY Florida filings and AEGY SEC filings; also purports to be the registered agent for AEGY through MI Financial Services, Inc. of Nova Raton (sic), FL. See attachment. Based on sunbiz.org search, no such corporation of that name exists in FL, much less "Nova Raton." There appears to be an "MI Financial Services" (non-incorporated) in IN. A regulator worth his salt would reserve a few questions for John F. Burke.
