That way you'll only get the good. Expect to pay billions for this though. Billions of which Sk3 does not have. The only way to do this would be a combo cash/note/percentage of gross revenue (note it is gross revenue, not net income say; never,I mean, never accept net income, it may never materialize, gross is always there).
