I guess it wasn't suspension but a withdrawing of the merger. See Bells post #29783.
All would not be lost with a suspension. You could still sell your AEGY. It may provide an opportunity for Sk3 to buy the PharmaJanes Platform since it would be useless to AEGY. That is all Sk3 needs from AEGY anyway. We certainly don't need their convertible note debts.
