Let's hope SEC has a sense of humour, too, because Hipple and Burke have put up traffic-stopping road blocks in both AEGY 2014 Fla. filings.
The March 25, 2014 filing is, of course, the Hipple as Corporate Counsel game-stopper. Hipple having been outed as still barred by SEC, Burke threw up an amended filing on March 28, 2014. See twin attachment.
Laugh #1: The hardnosed SEC examiner (operating in the new milieu of SEC low-tolerance for OTC chicanery) spots the ephermeral intrusion by the notorious Robert J. Hipple (in defiance of SEC) in the AEGY March 25, 2014 filing. What fun.
Laugh #2: Consider the heads up from a well-inforned poster to reinspect AEGY March 28, 2014 amended filing. See attachment. John Burke signs as "president," a registered agent representing MI Financial, Inc. of Nova Raton, FL. Allowing for typo Nova Raton (Boca Raton), there is not found any MI Financial Servces, Inc. in Florida (@ suniz.org). There is only an "MI Financial Services," full stop, at 7840 Woodridge Dr. Wadesville, IN 47638 -- no apparent relation to Burke. You could look it up.
A barrel of laughs for the SEC examiners.
In addition, source says contacted JB about merger two weeks ago; JB would not say anything about merger which sounds like the proper legalistic response an attorney of record would offer.
