Everyone's investment has always been safe. All that will happen now is the discounted buying window will close as the price appreciates.
You should read up on S-1's and mandatory FTD's. There are 470M shares being bid on at $0.0001. They will be forced to cover when the S-1 is complete -- at any price.
The FTD's is the true value of the freeze in share structure. It provides cover for Matt when the short sellers come begging him to wreck BCAP's share structure to cover their positions.
Response from Matt then: "Sorry I can't help you, but the share structure is legally locked until July 1, 2014. You'll have to buy what's available from the Common shareholders in the market at market prices."
