In a way Kbad is right. I can only speak for California but the city's that allow dispensaries make A LOT of money from them. Those dispensaries are not regulated where they get the product from. This leaves a huge black area for growers to have free rein on the market atm.
How will the US get away from this set up and one of a more level market that favors the government???? Hopefully their watching Canada and in force something similar.
