The "medical" marijuana industry will be close in line with the pharmasutecal industry, in that there will be strick controls and reporting in place. Strains need to be tested then re-tested for quality and consistency. As long as CEN Biotech does it the right way then there is no reason why they can't be leaders in the field. They have right people in place, important patents that will be approved any day and ultimately the, I believe, the forward thinking business plan that is needed.
