Did Benz personally tell you that? If so, what exactly did he say and when exactly did he say it? Per PM received from a respected poster on this board in communication with Benz, Benz was shocked by an entry in a March 2014 AEGY Florida filing. If Benz was, don't you think the SEC would also be?
