I don't think Alberto will be diluting anytime soon because I believe he will want sole voting power to complete any deal on the table.  You even thought he might dilute as soon as DUSSD was back trading again.  No selling last week.  Something brewing and I believe it is with Emoneco inc.  Did you notice how both companies both completed similar transactions with identical phrasing on there 10-k's.  I highlighted so you can see  http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg...d=99692282
