I can't say Tod as I'd only be guessing. I can say that the company is focusing on increasing the cash flow and revenues within M/L. Ray is looking to use those revenues to pay for everything related to filings. This is smart and I can assure you he's not creating dilution as some have been saying. You have the correct mindset toward a long term gold mine though!
