if i can offer some helpful advice 
learn why the OTC has been the perfect crime
since the rise of SMBs (approx 2000 to naughty Nite's pps being cut in half in OCT 2009)

this isn't rocket science >> it pertains to the cycle of money (UP and DOWN) by colluding entities
said entity = well CONnected and well PROtected particularly on that vehicle of choice re: OTC stock manipulation

but how nice to see *change* is en route
