The email is sent to the address provided by me. I've never tried, but it appears all you need is the Document Number to get in the system.  I just copied my number off their website and entered it.  It said I had already filed annual report and I could hit "Continue" to file amended report.  If it wasn't me, someone would have to swear they were me when signing electronically.  As I said previously it would not surprise me that some folks might have their staff complete this task.
