Hopefully the 10K is filed for the public sometime next week. It would really be great for investors to get a full view under the hood of the business, shareholders really need that transparency. The CEO, Mr Allinder, has accomplished everything to date that he has claimed he would, I do not think the successful filing of the 10K will be any different. It is probably all dependent on the auditors right now. Since it's the first time the company has ever been audited, I imagine the auditors are taking a close and detailed look into the history of the finances, so it takes time for them to sign off on all of it. Many of the naysayers think its all just hot air and fanciful talk and it will never happen, but I think such negativity is just naive speculation. I think Mr Allinder WILL bring shareholder value by way of a 10K filing and I think it could happen soon. However, to be fair, the CEO did state that it would come in weeks not months and that statement was made mid August and it is the first week of October so the time is dwindling now. Obviously it is difficult for CEOs to perfectly time when corporate actions will happen, especially ones whereby the timing is dependent on independent contractors and/or audit staff (out of their hands). Typically CEOs over promise and under deliver in this regard which is expected, so I feel that most shareholders will give the CEO some leeway in this regard, I know I am. However, for the sake of the momentum for the stock going into this once in a lifetime scenario with the Nov elections, the time is dwindling, so I really hope the company can get that 10K filed before Oct is out. If it comes out before Nov then it gives so many more investors the ability to possibly pull the trigger on an RFMK investment which would tend to really boost the momentum for the RFMK stock going into the Nov elections. Just my opinions.
