Maybe we won't grow hemp at all. Maybe we will hone the strains and let private farmers do the grunt work, we take the crop. Maybe? Import/export. Maybe.
Imagine how freaking stinky it will be around the MMJ Facility? I had two plants in My closet back when I grew and you could smell that shit from the driveway.
