Their PR of 11/13/2014 mentions about their plans of up listing to NASDAQ.

This PR was released after Jason & Kerry had already joined PVEC, so hopefully they must be working on it diligently.
With an expected share price of $0.20 within next 5 and half months, i hope up listing wouldn't be too much of a problem for them.
