Based on the evidence from Florida SOS of baffling if not blatant duplicity (not to mention apparent defiance by RH of SEC five-year O&D ban) and AEGY's recent front-loading of large amounts of convertible debt, I  think the chances of SEC suspension of AEGY increase a hundredfold if they make serious merger moves.
