If you want to go to root logic: BCAP never had to offer a share structure freeze of any kind at all. Ever. If BCAP were the dilution machine the bashers say it is, the real evidence (lack of any dilution over the last 30+ months) points to the contrary.

Also by the way the share freeze shows in real-time the self-inflicted harm penny stock traders cause themselves by panic selling and realizing losses when the price turns down. Then they blame the CEO who in BCAP's case has no shares for sale (not as a company and not as an individual).

I don't know if Matt would consent to another freeze for say an additional 12 months, but it's worth simply asking the question.
