OP - YES FREE!   Just came by to look at the latest and saw your note to Wrenchman.  This is the greatest site for PVEC!   The Mod's and others here are very informative, they do NOT allow bashing - so refreshing!  It will give you an uplift to just be here and read the information given. Can't say enough, this is the perfect place to get the most reliable information re: PVEC.
