In the company's defense, it may not be entirely up to the company. I've been looking at their last 10-Q form and there are a lot of financial groups that either control debts or shares of the company. It could be one of them; I remember seeing somewhere that a company called "Base Capital LLC" paid 5K for a promotion. They could be looking to flip the shares they got in lieu of the unpaid debts for cash.
