You're right on the date and share price, but that's where the revenue is / was in 2012.
I can't give anyone assurances since I'm not the CEO. My DD tells me that BCAP is real -- not a paper entity -- but if people want to sell for losses at $0.0001, that's their prerogative. I'll be a buyer at the bottom.
The bashers have zero credibility:
1. We know there's money coming from CYBK
2. We know there's money coming from TGGI (probably also Green Energy)
3. We know there was money from RIGH and will be more
4. The SS freeze is in place as we the shareholders voted on it (confirmed in the update yesterday)
5. If there was a problem the SEC would have prosecuted by now. There have been many complaints filed (yes the bashers do more than simply post crap), but where's the civil / criminal litigation?
I don't know what kind of assurance you're looking for, but you can always contact Mr. Dwyer and present your case. That applies equally to everyone.
