With respect to the 800K RIGH Preferred: The debtor can't escape its creditors by changing the Domicile State. If your assumption about litigation is correct, this is a matter of contract law. BCAP will present a Judge the document trail showing what is owed, the unmet demands and RIGH will be forced to turn over those Preferred.
We know there were 750M RIGH Common issued to BCAP and traded out. Don't know how much for. The low point is $0.0001, the high around $0.0030 I believe (so between $75k and 30x that ~$2.25M). That answers at least one question about how BCAP has been financing itself. There may be other financing sources not mentioned in the update. I don't know.
