Honestly.....the 10-K....and how HQ knows how WE feel about it (especially since the airline has no revenues and its accounting procedures have to be like 10% of what they will be when the airline is up and runiing).......the way I truly see it is:  if it is filed late or filed with an extension, I will consider it a "slap in the face" to all shareholders.

Absolutely no reason....at this time in Baltia's history....that the 10-K shouldn't have been completed WEEKS AGO.

I'm sure it is complicated, but I am also sure it will be 10 times more complicated when the airline becomes operational and starts advertising and starts earning revenues.

If it is late or filed with an extension, for me it just feels like HQ doesn't give a s$%t about the concerns of their shareholders.............

(LOL...seriously....why can't it be filed early?  Why does HQ always have to wait till the last minute?).
