To set the record straight, I have no issue with the amount of shares that are being converted here..

If management were giving themselves ridiculous salaries and blowing money, I would be concerned, I just wanted to express my feelings regarding the ratio to buying pressure and issued shares....

OMO, once again, enlightened me with the cold hard facts....
