If I understand correctly, which I might not, it has something to do with PHOTs paperwork that suggests FITX only owns 10% of Cen Biotech.  It hasnt been a big enough issue to where AB questioned Bill on it when he was face to face, but apparently a big enough one to write it up.  I dunno.
