Based of the info from the TA of the O/S increasing from 180 mil to 186 from march 20th to march 28th, you know that the PR released about fosgitt speaking at that conference was a ploy to increase interest in the stock to absorb those shares... The timing just happened to work out for the company to be able to release what could be considered a justifiable PR around the same time some notes were converted...

You know as well as I do that the PR on Monday wasn't worth a damn... We have known about that info for awhile now... That's what I had a problem with..
