to my knowledge the 1.3 million pounds is what they applied for to get licensed from HC. Bill had said that they did not want to apply for less and then have to go back for more. This amount would be production once the build out is complete. I believe 3 to 4 yrs away. Bill never said they would be able to do 1.3 on opening day he said this was what the goals were. IMO the initial numbers in sales or weight really do not mean anything. The market is forward looking as long as we are growing, selling and expanding the pps will rise. It is all about future growth.
