I understand 2. and 3. but I'm confused why AB would be concerned about 1. and 4. Bill has stated in writing that Creative Edge Nutrition (FITX) owns 75% of CEN Biotech. Technically 100% until the GrowLife deal is finalized. Why is 4. a concern?
