Forgive us for speculating...
When looking at the filings, seeing when the outstanding notes can be converted, piecing that together with the recent activity of the stock, not to mention reports from the TA of the share structure increasing over the past week, the thought of notes being converted seems logical...
But with that being said, I would consider myself "green" when it comes to alot of this, so please, educate me......
