420i has a bunch of concerned folks (including AB) about a couple things:
1. whether FITX owns 10% or 75% of Cen Biotech.
2. license
3. the practicality/unrealistic goal of 1.3M pounds a year
4. AB stated, in all his years, he had never dealt with a CEO like Bill before
I'm a FITX long and don't think these are issues, but the fact is that AB (who does own FITX) names several yellow/red flags and people agree. The license and 4/4 PHOT deal will clear up a LOT.
