Hi, Poem. WAFR - The financials should be released by the 4/1 deadline. We already know that the yearly revenues for 2013 are 600K. What I will be looking for in the financials is their new OS. I don't expect it to be very large. Why? - I am looking at forms D and some other publicly available information/pr's. Of course, I cannot be sure, because I don't know the rate they used to sell/convert the shares, I can only guesstimate.
They also promised at least one acquisition this year, to be announced when the agreement is finalized.
I didn't expect this roller coaster in trading activity in the last two days. Not sure what is going on. Maybe someone knows something we don't, or maybe just MM's playing their games.
Proceed with caution. I still think they have a potential, better than most penny stocks, but they did increase the AS to 9 billion. I hope most of it is for the acquisition, and will not be making its way in the float, at least not anytime soon.
