3D Eye Solutions Inc. would like to announce that we have reached an agreement with Practical Business Advisors, a consulting firm owned by Daniel A. Carr, to fully develop and enhance our newly acquired ERP software for the Cannabis industry. Our new offering called MaryGen will be designed as a cutting edge platform to perform to world class standards within the growing industry. Carr and his team of experts will be working closely with company management and 420 industry advisors to fully optimize this unique program to cover all aspects of the marijuana industry supply chain.

Mr. Carr brings over 30 years of ERP software experience within many sectors of both manufacturing and distribution. Carr has held CEO positions in both private and publicly held software firms, as well as a previous role as CIO of one of the nation's largest pharmaceutical distributors. Carr will personally lead the MaryGen initiatives and will work directly with management of 3D Eye Solutions Inc.

MaryGen will be uniquely customized for the Cannabis marketplace and will address all aspects unique to the MJ marketplace such as: seed to sale traceability and accountability to the DEA and FDA. MaryGen will be scalable to meet the ERP needs of companies large and small in both the Recreational and Medical side of the 420 industry. We believe MaryGen will be first to market with this multifunctional business tool designed to aid companies in tracking their capital and products while maintaining regulatory compliance.

3D Eye is also pleased to have Luxuriant Holdings as an equity stake partner in the development of MaryGen and will use their influence and channels in the marijuana sector to distribute the finished product to the marketplace.
