I personally don't believe the freeze is PR worthy in and of itself. Reality is the SS is locked and maxed, and has been for basically a year. I do believe the freeze offers certain benefits over time, but its almost the lowest priority for me (doesn't generate revenue, if the SS doesn't change without a vote this is a null issue, it doesn't add to the net asset value, etc.): My take on it -- for whatever its worth.

My higher priority is to see the audit and S-1 completed. That window is really starting now. These processes also don't add revenue directly, but they will give $BCAP access to better funding sources, and set a certain level of "legitimacy" in the pink world and later OTCBB. I believe these two processes are much more important than a vote on SS.

My top priority is to see $BCAP acquire a bunch of TA's (for their client bases) and a couple of brokers (for the licenses and remits), implement the clearing house etc. That's revenue and that adds value to shareholders. This window should start around the end of October.
