Right now the company has 3.5 billion shares authorized, the stock price is calculated on several factors including those shares, once a company does a "buy back" what they are doing is retiring some of those shares in the float so making the remaining shares worth more.
Uplisting just means to a better exchange where there are more rules and is governed better, giving shareholders a bit more confidence in a company.
