This whole scenario has to be rigged by the MM's.  Can't imagine that true investors would be selling out at .0004 with all the news this week.  Do they think that the HIMR pictures are all photo-shopped?  The potential here is so great that I can wait it out for this to explode.  If investors are getting discouraged and selling out to invest in other OTC stocks, they're going to miss a HUGE opportunity to make some serious cash once the right combination of pictures and news is released.  When HIMR begins to fill orders and receives payment, the stock price has to rise.  In order for HIMR to begin their buyback, they need cash.  Maybe they've struck a deal with the MM's to hold the price down until they can start the buyback of the shares.  That would save HIMR a lot of money which they could use to build the TigerLynk.  JMO.
