My update;

I will second the thoughts of awesome weather here. It's a nice 8 celcious right now, sweet weather for building.

I drove by last night around 610 and these are my observations:
External fence is about 90% erected and maybe 10% with chain link up.
I did see a cement truck by the main door hosing off with the door open. Inside I couldn't see much but did look like someone was in there. Inside it still looks empty.
That house is still standing. But there was some activity there.

I know it isn't much but it's just what I saw with a screaming 2year old in the back seat.

Oh, and they are serious about security. I had to pull a u-turning the drive way, and a security guard began to approach my car. But as I completed the turn around they did back off.

I know with good weather the building will accelerate, I just really hope the vault is on order or already stashed somewhere. Not quite sure how this will pan out during April. I may hold onto my shares, sell at low teens and then wait dor a drop to pick up more when they don't have license at the end of April.
