Hello to everyone on this board.

I have shares in this company tucked away for a rainy day.  I have a question and would appreciate any and all reply's.

If this company has received payment of 900k as an advance and the projected revenues are 20-30 mil plus a possible share dividend ....why is the stock price trading so low?
