I understand your point. There is however a firewall that now exists between AEGY and SKTO. BBio is a sub of SKTO, not AEGY. RH apparently making a huge tactical error in showing his hand early may open the opportunity to simultaneously end merger plans and put RH out of commission and into a world of SEC/Sarbanes-Oxley distress for a very long time.
