What does Pharmajanes offer to SKTO that SK doesn't already have?  What additional benefit accrues to SK by merging with a company whose only asset appears to be a web platform? Is that accrued value, if any, worth taking on enormous tranches of AEGY convertible debt? Who benefits here? It's doubtful these vultures have any concern for SKTO shareholders except perhaps as pawns in the scheme.
