I agree wholeheartedly, and this pains me as a large holder of both companies. I am so mad about the lack of transparency from our management that I once highly regarded. I have to question the 150M on the iEquity website. I no longer believe any of it.

It seems to me that Benz and Allyn would not let this situation bleed us if they had any control. I even have to wonder if they are even with us anymore. Their silence speaks volumes. Its a horrible way to treat the loyal shareholders.
