I do not think that Amazon will use NTEK'S technology, if they wanted it they would just buy out NTEK seen it before with Amazon. They heve been developing their box at their lab's for quite some time, and I have heard nothing about it being able to stream 4K. I think it will compete with the likes of Roku or possibly as a platform to deliver their own content, would be nice and I hope I am wrong but things just dont fit well enough to convince me.
