Flatbed is what they transport heavy equipment on like all backhoes and dozers we see in the pictures that day. Notice where it's parked and the ramps coming off the back? If that was for the vault I'd imagine it would drive inside or up next to the door to be off loaded with a forklift. Also please note the sandbags for flooding control are still lining the entrance. No floor poured yet folks IMO. (Yeah I know there's another door on the side.) I'm guessing the action inside building one is precursor work to pouring the cement. I understand it will have to hold several million pounds of weight coming from a 4000 sq ft heavy metal vault. That's a whole lotta rebar to cut, bend, and tie off, to include anything that must be brought up through the floor. We'll see it happening soon. I mean really soon.
