Baron is postponing its updates for 60-90 days, in the meantime management felt it was in the best interests of the shareholders to share information about the Company in its current condition.
Baron has updated its profile on OTCMarkets the update should post within 24 hours.
Baron is not an MJ stock, it has two connections to companies that are, but Baron is not in the MJ business and does not seek out companies specifically in that industry.
