Posting my reply to agreebusiness here for prosperity assuming for some reason or another it will get deleted:
I've stated, repeatedly...over and over again (without a single reply from Kaymeyer) my $300k net figure is a personal conservative guesstimate based on the public releases made by TelVue.
I've assumed a similar path of profitability for the fourth quarter and hypothesising that even if the last quarter isn't spectacular, it would likely cancel out any loss from the first quarter and leave quarter 2 & 3 to provide us with a $300k net.
Personally I reckon the profit for the 4th quarter may be higher than I hope for the above theory, but as I said - I try to stay conservative.
Now I would love to hear Kaymeyers thinking behind his statements and valuation of TEVE as a whole at less than $600k, on fact from memory he said a few times 50c, so actually $300k mkt cap.
