Well, on time or not, we're headed to the Pink Sheets unless we're at a true penny per share bid by May 1st COB and can hold it for 30 days.  At least that's how I interpret the ruling.

The reporting is an SEC matter.  The quality of the news, if/when we get the report is another matter.
