With the bravado of an experienced manipulator, RH apparently thought he could come in through the bathroom window without anyone noticing. If the SEC finds him in defiance of their O&D bar, no golden parachute awarded. Irons, maybe, but no golden parachute.  He'd have to disgorge any remunerations (plus penalizing interest) related to serving as an officer of AEGY, if found in violation of the SEC ban.
