It would be deleted in a heartbeat as off topic or an attack.  It is not worthy of being copied and pasted there and they are not worthy of a reply from me.  That was just a rehashing of information I have been reading from others and the key point that Jeff conveyed to me the other day about the SEC having a tremendous amount of latitude within their own policy.
