Totally agree that something is odd somewhere in all this, and also that a sell-off could be a final goal. The steps they keep making only make sense if they are in this to actually create a strong synergy between their brands and connections.  I like that part.  I hope this merger brings fortune I'm sick of being undervalued.  I mean…if they care about our company….don't they care at some point that they make us look and feel like losers for defending them.  Sheesh.  Take a little pride…it's all our names on the line.
