DHSM - NITE et al. is bashing it pretty hard elsewhere. They have an inventory issue, IMO. There is a history of ETrade being concerned with accumulation and sell orders well above the ask. There is likely a lot of risk for both NITE and ETrade with positions NITE may have created with "making an orderly market" and naked short selling. Hard to tell with their system of "resets", failure to report short interest in the OTC, and ex-clearing practices.

One poster actually appears to have slipped up and admitted he works for NITE. Hitting stocks in the MMJ sector hard. Ones that NITE has either been burnt on, or they run the risk of being burnt on.
